We make our bags in Tbilisi, Georgia, by hand, in small batches. When a batch is gone, it's gone. We don't rush back to the factory to restock. We take our time, choose our materials carefully, and start again only when we're ready to do it right.

Zero Waste by Design

We work with a mix of leather and fabric, chosen for durability and character. Off-cuts don't go to waste — they become smaller pieces, lining details, or are set aside for future use. We plan our patterns to use as much of each material as possible, because waste isn't just an environmental problem; it's a design failure.

We're not perfect, and we won't pretend otherwise. But zero waste is the standard we hold ourselves to, and we get closer to it with every batch.
